TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. BOOKINGS:

​

1.1 Groups of 8 or more must preorder prior to their booking. They have the option of ordering from our a la carte menu or choosing one of our set menu options. Preorders must be at least 24 hours prior to their reservation. Packages are fixed and not interchangeable.

1.2 We do NOT split bills

​

1.3 All bookings are subject to phone confirmation and are not ensured until confirmed. If you would like to make a booking for the same day, we suggest you call us on 02 4244 2742 as we can't guarantee availability.  be

 

2. CREDIT CARD AS SECURITY: 

​

2.1 All reservations of 4 or more require a credit card number to secure the booking. We do not process a deposit, however, if you need to cancel your booking or change your reservation we do require you to provide at least 24 hours notice.

  

2.2 In the event you don't provide 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of

$25 per person will be applied.

​

2.3 All changes or cancellations to your reservation must be done as soon as possible by contacting us at 02 4244 2742.

​

3. ON THE DAY:

​

3.1 If you are running late for your booking, please contact us as soon as possible on 02 4244 2742, if you are more than 30 minutes late and we are not able to contact you, we may need to release your table and charges incurred when applicable.

​

4. CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE: 

​

4.1 Please note all credit card payments will incur a 1.5% processing fee.

​

​

5. SERVICE FEE:

​

5.1 Please note that a 10% service fee will be added to groups of 10 or more.

​

5.2 Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays will incur a 10% service fee.

​

​

6. FULLY LICENSED:

​

6.1 We accept BYO on Wednesdays and Thursdays (wine only) however a $10 corkage fee is applicable per person.

​

​

7. DIETARY NEEDS:

​

7.1 If you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements, please advise when making your reservation.

 

8. WALK-INS:

​

8.1 Whilst reservations are always recommended, we do welcome walk-ins during trading however tables are subject to availability.
